Wake Municipal Elections in 2015
All politics is local.
Help get libertarian governance ideas on the table when issues are up for discussion: run for office in 2015. The 13 municipalities in Wake County will hold elections this year.
These are all nonpartisan races, with low vote totals, so a libertarian win is not unattainable. Filing opens July 3.

New WakeLP Chair
Brian Lewis is now the WakeLP chair. Greg Holland, who was elected at the 2014 convention, resigned June 26 in order to focus his time and energy on personal and business matters. Lewis, who was elected vice chair at the convention, automatically became chair according to our Statement of Organization.
Holland said he will continue to work with the WakeLP, including organizing volunteers for the State Fair in October.
